Column distilled using local molasses, this bright gold rum offers medium-fresh aromas of banana bread, desiccated coconut, vanilla and chocolate, repeated on the palate in a soft, creamy, light to medium-bodied style evoking ripe cantaloupe and banana. The finish adds the required tannic grip, fresher fruitier notes and gentle spices.
