This exquisite Armagnac from Delord, one of the most reputable houses in the industry established in 1893, is distilled in 1984 and aged in barrels before its recent bottling. Its seven exquisite notes of nut, peach, violet, lime, vanilla, plum, and pepper can be truly appreciated. The 42 hectares vineyard, divided into 11 plots, is located in Lannepax and consists of the four traditional Armagnac grape varieties: L'ugniBlanc 56%, Colombard 24%, Baco 14%, and FolleBlanche 6%. The vines are carefully tended to throughout the year by the cultivation manager, Rinaldo, while the noses of the house, Jacques and Sylvain Delord, diligently taste, select, and combine the eaux de vie. The typicality of Debord's Armagnacs is guaranteed by its current owners, Prosper, Gaston, and Georges.
