This unique white rhum comes from the Papao plot, harvested in 2019 on the Caribbean coast in Saint Pierre. In the heart of the Depaz volcanic soil, the blue canes that grow there are full of sugar. This richness associated with a slow and fractional reduction gives a rich and powerful rhum.
