Straw yellow color with golden tints. A very fresh nose where some crystalized fruity flavor's (apricot, orange peels) are coming with infusion notes (linden) and vanilla. Very fine. Also very fine on the palate. The tannins are light and the fruity flavors still very much present. Darroze Notes 40% Baco, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Colombard, 20% Folle Blanc. 50% abv, 21 years in oak. Bottled: August 2021.
