"Based on Grenache, Marselan, Merlot, Mourvedre and Syrah, the 2021 Vin De France L'Unique is another impeccably made, delicious wine from this estate. It has plenty of dark cherry fruit, some herbal, peppery nuances, medium body, and a round, delicious style perfect for near-term drinking."
An intense purple robe, with light purple nuances.
On the nose, you will be seduced by its bouquet of black cherries and its pronounced notes of garrigue. A real call to stroll.
The palate is ample and generous. The notes of the nose are felt from the first sip and let us certify that this aromatic concentration will charm you.
A wine that we advise you to decant one hour before enjoying it on your summer red meat skewers as well as on roasted thrushes for example.
