We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Description
Description
Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Hints of flint, ripe fruit, citrus and vanilla notes with a floral scent. Savory corresponding to the nose. Creamy structure supported by an acidity that makes it pleasant to drink.
Soft pressing of the grapes, cleaning of the musts through cold static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in oak barrels and barriques.
It pairs perfectly with fish first courses, soups, crustaceans and molluscs. Also excellent with mature cheeses.
