The enchanting City Lights Nocturne Sec Rosé from Champagne Taittinger is vinified from the classic Champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. In addition to its bright pink color, a fine, unrelenting perlage presents itself in the glass, forming a gossamer mousseux on the surface. The nose enjoys expressive aromas of ripe cherries and juicy berry fruits - especially redcurrant comes to the fore. The fragrant berry bouquet is underpinned by notes of freshly baked yeast plait and toasted bread. On the palate, this champagne is fruity, fresh and full-bodied with an expressive berry aroma and fine toasted nuances. The silky tannins give this sparkling wine a gentle structure that harmonizes perfectly with the lively freshness. The finish convinces with a wonderful length and smoothness.
