We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Our Chardonnay just keeps getting better each year, and we can see so clearly all the work in the vineyard really paying off. This wine is in complete balance with all aspects you'd expect of a classic Chardonnay working together beautifully.
You'll experience the full spectrum of a cool climate Chardonnay. Lime blossom, almond meal, lemon peel, hints of biscuit and chalk. The palate has a generous weight with a through-line acidity that keeps the flavour going.
Our Estate Chardonnay was hand selected and pressed while fruit was cold. Partial MLF provides elegance, whilst regular lees stirring imparts substance to both the palate and nose. 9 months barrel maturation.

Tasmanian Wine
The Tasmanian wine region is a cool climate region, the most southerly of all wine regions in Australia. Due to the lower temperatures, the area grows primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller plantings of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon.

While Tasmania makes great still wines, the exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir also make for excellent sparkling wines.
More recent vintages since 2005 have been positively impacted by the effects of global warming. With slightly higher temperatures the grapes are ensured to ripen fully and produce more vibrant wine.
