The combination of fruit flavours, acidity, and mineral nuances, harmoniously come together to create a wine that is both vibrant and refined.
The wine has a tightly wound palate structure which provides length, persistence, and a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. The wine’s acidity and structure will allow it to develop over many years.
