The wine has a tightly wound palate structure which provides length, persistence, and a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. The wine’s acidity and structure will allow it to develop over many years.
3drops Riesling is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with seafood, Asian cuisine, or light salads. Alternatively cellar for at least ten years for the wine to show some great honeyed aged Riesling characters.
