We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

2021 Hughes & Hughes Chardonnay
Fruit from vineyards in the Coal River (Clarence House and Brinktop), Derwent Valley (Kinvarra) and North West (White Rock). 80% whole bunch pressed, 20% cold-soaked on skins for five days, all naturally fermented in oak (25% new). Partial malolactic fermentation (approx 50%) while maturing on lees for five months. Bottled unfined and filtered. White stone fruit overlaying citrus and gentle oak aromas. Racy acidity balanced by rich textures, classic Chardonnay.
