Colour: Vibrant pale straw.
Nose: Fleshy lemon citrus fruit and attractive fruit blossoms.
Palate: Concentrated lemon and lime flavours with balancing acidity, inviting you to take another sip.
Semillon is a versatile white wine that pairs wonderfully with various dishes. Oysters: Especially with an Asian dressing – the best match bar none. Fresh Crab, Clams, Sashimi, Seafood Salads, Spring Vegetables: Asparagus and peas; a pasta primavera would work well. Dishes with Fennel, Dishes with a Touch of Citrus, Lightly Cooked Fish Dishes: Seabass and razor clams. Fried Soft Shell Crab, Young Goats’ Cheese or Salads with Goats’ Cheese.
