James Halliday – Hand-picked, free-run juice wild-fermented in used demimuids, matured in oak on lees for 8 months. Quite luscious in the relative context of pinot gris, with a pear and tropical fruit mix that extends from the start to the aftertaste.

About This Wine

Brilliant water like colour with a vibrant greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of pears, fresh apples and lime are trailed by fresh herb and faint wet stone notes. Light and fresh, pear and lime fruits infused with fresh herbs are carried by a stony back drop. Finishes dry with snappy acidity a mouth watering medium to long aftertaste.
