Les Jamelles Malbec Pays d’Oc 2023

With its ruby ​​color and red highlights, Malbec Les Jamelles is a powerful wine with a spicy, licorice nose and notes of red and black fruits. The palate is supple yet well-structured, with fruit aromas, lingering spicy notes, and fine tannins that provide an elegant length.

Served at 16°C, this wine is ideal with Mediterranean cuisine (ratatouille), couscous, tagine, grilled red meat, spicy or hot dishes, but also simply on a platter of charcuterie and cheeses or to accompany a chocolate dessert! An emblematic grape variety of Argentina, Catherine Delaunay recommends pairing it with an Angus or Argentinian steak, accompanied by its pepper sauce.
