"Restrained at the first sniff, this vintage shines with smoky and straw aromas, together with intense violets, bright red cherries and cherry stones. Cedar wood in depth. Full-bodied and extracted, yet full of fruit sweetness, displaying velvety tannins and crisp integrated acidity which enhances and lengthens the cherry flavor. Super polished finish which is not always the case in this vintage. Drinkable now, but best from 2026."

Cepparello, Isole e Olena’s premium wine, represents the best the estate has to offer. It is the result of a long selection process that began many years ago, one that is regularly updated, during which only the most promising grapes are used for the creation of this wine. Cepparello is a wine that continues to evolve and grow, one that exists in perfect harmony and dialogue with the vineyard. Initially, the wine was the result of a bold break with tradition – once it was considered impossible to create a wine from 100% Sangiovese grapes – and to this day it bears the IGT label.
