In the Chablis, the crystal-clear fruit of the Chardonnay unites with pure minerality and racy freshness. The aroma, clearly marked by the Kimmeridge limestone soil, often shows notes of flint, green apples and citrus fruits in youth, and is increasingly enriched with nutty-smoky notes with further storage. Located on the hillside above Bougros, Les Preuses is considered a grand cru for connoisseurs, who often shows their full potential only with a certain amount of storage and then convinces with balance and elegance.
