We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Hyphen because it's a blend like a "chaud-froid" made with both Scottish and French distillates. 75% of malt whisky distilled in Scotland in 2006, elegant and subtle aged 17 years in Fino and Chenin barrels (Sot de l'Ange à Azay le Rideau), a little tired with a low alcohol strength. 25% of peated Malt Whisky distilled in France in 2016, aged 7 years in an old Moscatel cask, full of energy and aromatics. Like brown miso, the French spirit enhances the savor, waking up the blend and giving an umami savor. Natural strength bottling at 46% alc./vol., easy to drink and complex. Beautiful balance between spicy and elegance, a delicate length with a touch of toasted. Approximately 900 bottles were made in 2024.
