Organoleptic test Sparkling ruby red. Olfactory timbre bundled up with excellent perceptions of fruit from the undergrowth and the plant. Floral hints of violet and rose. Spicy notes of black pepper, nutmeg and cloves. Savory vibes. Immediately fleshy and full-bodied on the palate, but also taut, round, harmonious and sensitive. Well balanced tannic imprint. Penetrating appeal. Retroaroma characterized by excellent persistence. Pairings On pasta with sauce and meat with meat sauce. But it can also go well on a nice fish soup.
