Red Mill Rum's Apprentice Cask (#1) is a high-impact, limited-release Australian rum aged in small 125-litre "quarter casks" (or apprentice casks) in Sydney, designed for intense wood interaction and flavor. As part of the special cask series, these casks often utilize mixed staves from port, sherry, or wine barrels, producing a high-octane, rich spirit with strong oak characteristics.
