Our NV Brut Cuvée displays lovely texture a combination of secondary yeast characters with vibrant fruit and good natural acid on the finish. Regional characters are a key component of this traditional Sparkling varietal blend. Grown in red clay quartz and sandy loam soils cool nights and warm days allow for slow ripening creating ideal conditions for crisp sparkling wines.
