We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Style: A limited-edition blended wine made from fruit grown on our estate in the Pyrenees, barrel fermented separately in small French oak before being assembled.
Tasting Notes: This is a wine of balance and complexity. With aromatics of lemon zest, brioche, and faint oaky undertones, the aromas pair seamlessly with a palate that carries rich developed flavours right through to the finish. A soft chalky minerality, refined acid, and a subtle use of oak further add to the structure and richness of the wine.
On the palate, this wine shows a lovely acid backbone and nice texture from its work on lees in barrel. It presents a vast array of flavours from the combination of varietals in the blend.
