Zibibbo DOC Sicilia is an organic white wine crafted through vinification and ageing in stainless steel tanks. It exhibits a brilliant yellow hue with hints of green. This wine is both aromatic and enveloping, offering fruity notes of almond, apricot, orange blossom, and sage. The palate experience is equally fragrant, characterised by a harmonious equilibrium between acidity and flavours, making it a delightful expression of Zibibbo grapes.
