This wine undergoes maturation for ten months in terracotta amphorae with the skins, followed by four months in glass demijohns before being bottled without clarification, filtration, or stabilization. It presents a ruby red color and offers delicate aromas of small red fruits, spicy notes, and flint. On the palate, it is fruity and fresh, with bright acidity that enhances its drinkability. Best served at 16–18°C, it pairs well with risottos, mature cheeses, and delicate second courses.
