Vintage
2025 was a short and sharp vintage, the earliest Aphelion has seen, with all fruit picked within a month. A warmer than average winter brought the whole season forward, so the ripening period was similar in length to prior years, and lovely late ripening temperatures delivered wines of high concentration and intense colour. Aphelion consider it a very strong year for Grenache in particular – perhaps close to the best they have seen.
