8-year-old Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Kelvin Cooperage Charred & Toasted Barrels. Kentucky Sourced.
Nose: Well-aged bourbon bursts from the nose with a balanced mix of baking spices, rich caramel candy, old cinnamon bark, and subtle saddle leather.
Palate: Warming wood spices give way to fallow orchard fruits, soft caramel butteriness, sweet vanilla, and a touch of dry winter spice barks.
Finish: Soft wood spices slowly fade as warm orchard fruit, rich caramel, and soft bourbon vanilla linger on a long finish.
