The Tradition 1er Cru champagne from DE SAINT GALL is an extremely well balanced champagne, very fine and light as the Chardonnay can be. It's made from 64% of Chardonnay and 36% of Pinot Noir.
The "Traditon" name expresses this classic marriage of the Chardonnay and the Pinot noir, offering a roudness cuvée. The delicate palate offers a beautiful expression, with a touch of vinosity. This champagne is soft, expressive and crispy!
