About This Wine
A classic sweet white wine Château Filhot is ideal as an aperitif or with the following meals: Foie gras, melons, scallops, asparagus with sauce mousseline, a good roast free-range chicken, fish with sauce such as sole, cheeses - notably blue and Roquefort, and desserts (almond cake, fruit tart). The ideal serving temperature is around 10°C.
