On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plum, layered with savoury hints of black pepper, dried herbs, and smoked meats. Accents of violet, liquorice, and dark chocolate add depth, while well-integrated oak contributes subtle notes of vanilla and sweet spice.
The palate is full-bodied yet refined, delivering concentrated dark berry flavours—blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry—balanced by earthy tones of black olive, black pepper, and leather. Bright acidity keeps it fresh and vibrant, while fine, well-structured tannins lend a silky mouthfeel. Oak influence remains subtle, offering gentle spice and mocha without dominating.
