Gras Moutons is a cuvée from a plot located on the slopes of Maine in Saint-Fiacre. These 7 Ha of vines in one piece are planted on a vein of amphibolite (metamorphic rock of greenish blue colour).
Gras Moutons is a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine on the body very powerful, generous, extroverted in flavours. The finish with beautiful ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
