About This Wine
The wine was fermented in concrete tank and large wooden tronconique vats (with a degree of carbonic maceration), and aged in tronconique vats (for nine months). Absolutely true to form, this Crozes-Hermitage gets better by the year. True, the vintage had a good say with this year's explosive and exuberant release, yet Max Graillot's intimacy with his vineyards and the move towards large format winemaking also play their role. Simply, a no brainer for Northern Rhône lovers; a delicious supple Syrah, packed with blackcurrant and blackberry jube fruit with a twist of anise and delightfully sappy-peppery finish.
