Winemaking: A no fuss approach in the winery focused on celebrating texture in Chardonnay and the regional characters from where it was grown! Made without the use of preservative or additions, Hand picked in the cool of the night to preserve delicate fruit characters and avoid the harsh afternoon sun. Fermented on full solids and stored on lees for six months prior to bottling. Vegan friendly, preservative free, made to enjoy!

Tasting Note: Chardonnay with character and plenty of intrigue, aromatics of white nectarine and grapefruit peel aromatics. The palate is rich with white peach and lovely mid palate texture. Subtle oak frames the fruit, crisp and crunchy green apple acidity freshens the palate and provides line and length. A textural expression of Chardonnay made without a heavy hand in the winery.
