About This Wine
The fragrant, full flavoured and textured dry rosé is made from Grolleau (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%). The vines are rooted in the flint, clay and limestone of the Cher Valley between Tours and Orléans. Wild fermented and raised in steel tank, it's a seductive, amply textured yet refreshing rosé, with red berry and grenadine fruit shot through with sappy, peppery complexity and a mouthwatering, bitter-sweet finish. Very smart roséis
