Wine Enthusiast – This Pouilly-Fumé has a fresh character at the outset and becomes more complex on the finish. The wine has a perfumed nose of fresh green apple, quince, honey and Bosc pear. Softly textured on the midpalate, the wine is dominated by green fruit and dried white blossom.
James Suckling – Apples, lemons, smoke and some herbs on the nose follow through to a medium body with fresh acidity. Sliced pears and green apple character on the palate with plenty of lemons towards the refreshing and salivating finish.
