La Spinetta Barbaresco Cru Starderi 2015
100% Nebbiolo from 50-year-old vines grown on the calcareous soils of the Starderi cru in Neive. This undergoes alcoholic fermentation for 7-8 days in rotofermenters at a controlled temperature before malolcatic fermentation and around 20 months' ageing in new, medium-toasted French oak.
