Pale quartz in colour the bouquet has lime and apple with chalky minerality. This minerality continues on the palate with spices and more lime. The acidity is long and the texture is soft.

James Halliday – Equal thirds Frankland River Porongurup and Mount Barker fruit. Piercing intensity on the palate which spears the tongue with acid citrus fruit and blossom. It then glides over the rest of the mouth leaving bursts of flavour in its wake. Stopping short of fearsome (only just) this has latent power and structure to spare.
