Fiore di Campo was born as a single grape variety in the early 2000s and soon took a different path: a cuvée of three complementary varieties and following the adoption of new viticultural methods and different oenological models has developed an aromatic complexity and depth outside the traditional schemes. The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weeding. They are then carefully selected and harvested manually. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22 ° C followed by maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage and short aging in the bottle. In the chalice it has a cclear and bright yellow color. On the nose the bouquet is intense and aromatic with fruity and spicy notes. On the palate it immediately shows a good body and a long, fresh and persistent finish. A wine without excess, decisive, intriguing, versatile and perfect for every occasion in the name of Friulian colors and flavors that on the table goes perfectly with light appetizers and fish-based courses.
