From the Naracoorte Ranges in Wrattonbully, where Terra Rossa soils over limestone create ideal conditions for cool-climate Shiraz, this medium-bodied red is all about elegance and balance. Fermented in stainless steel and matured in seasoned French oak for eight months, it’s a modern, food-friendly style. Vegan-friendly.
