Monsieur Fernand Whisky reveals all the advantages of its terroir: it is made from organic and French malted barley, then distilled in a Charentais copper pot still. It is then aged for 4 years in old organic Cognac barrels, giving it its local identity with woody, spicy and dried fruit notes. To finish, a passage in old barrels of organic white and rosé Pineau brings sweetness and fruity notes to Monsieur Fernand Whisky.
