Blood & Courage is our interpretation of quintessential Barossa Valley Shiraz. Power with elegance. Full and generous primary fruit flavours skillfully interwoven with oak characteristics from maturation in French oak Barriques and Hogsheads. This classic Barossa Shiraz is fresh and lively, yet rich in texture with subtle oak and soft, well integrated tannins – simply a stylish wine.

James Halliday – Grown on the Resurrection Vineyard at Ebenezer. Pretty handy. Good value. A flood of licorice, asphalt and blackberry flavour with background notes of earth and coffee. Fills the mouth with sweet, bold flavour. Pushes the boundaries of ripeness without overstepping. Good for winter.
James Suckling – A fruit-focused style that has attractive dark-berry aromas with tarry nuances and dark, stony tones, too. This has a powerful and concentrated palate with red plums and raspberries, as well as some blackberry, and is presented in a smoothly crafted frame of supple tannin. Milk chocolate to close. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
