We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Stanton & Killeen White Fortified 500ml
We use a blend of different white varieties to give our White Fortified its characteristic aromatics and floral flavours, including Chardonnay, Muscadelle and Viognier. Grapes are picked when they show luscious fruit flavours but before they start to “raisin”. The juice undergoes a short fermentation before we stop the fermentation with grape spirit. The wine is then matured in a range of different old oak barrels before blending and bottling. The wines of the Rutherglen classification are chosen to exhibit bright fruit and do not undergo prolonged barrel ageing before bottling. - Winemaker's Note
