Cristallin, pure, a great Chenin de Loire! Our darling of the range! This elegant cuvée has an almost perfect juice, offering a beautiful ripeness of grapes and a lot of energy.
A chenin of diabolical depth and persistence! A cuvée in tribute to Thibaut's mother who disappeared far too soon, Françoise, and her father François. A dazzling chenin, electric on the gun stone, all in tension and persistence.
From a plot of vines planted in the early 1980s in St-Lambert-du-Lattay, planted at 8000 feet/ha on shallow soils of grey shale and rhyolite.
Fermented on native yeasts in francen Stockinger including some 300L cigars, used to develop the complexity of the lees. Then raised in half-muids and 700L (30%new) for 15 to 18 months.
