This exceptional Primitivo reveals intense aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries and other black fruits. Subtle nuances of nutmeg, liquorice, vanilla and a hint of cocoa make the bouquet of the 12 e Mezzo Organic Primitivo Puglia even more complex.
On the palate, the Varvaglione 12 e Mezzo Primitivo Puglia IGP Organic Wine is wonderfully fresh, fruity and pleasing. The fresh acidity, which is not really common for Primitivo, makes this red wine the perfect accompaniment to fatty meat dishes in particular.
