Pinot Grigio DOC 100% Pinot Grigio from a 25 year old vineyard in DOC Friuli Grave where the soil is argillaceous, calcareous and rich in micro-organisms. 72 hours pre-fermentation cold maceration, soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and later matured in steel basins for several months. Fine and elegant with a sharp bouquet and persistent floral notes. Flavours of white fruit on the palate give distinct freshness and tastiness.
