Max and Me Mirooloo Road Riesling

This Riesling from Eden Valley encapsulates the quintessential lime and jasmine aromas, but elevates the flavor intensity. Even though it's fermented to dryness (no residual sugar), Mirooloo Road boasts a lush, ripe Riesling character that makes it both plush and inviting. Phil honed his craft in his early years while collaborating with John Vickery on Vickery Rieslings.

Although Mirooloo Road is delightful when young, it's also well-suited for aging up to a decade or more. Phil harvests the grapes at their optimal ripeness, ensuring the wine has substantial flavor depth and weight. In its initial year, the wine offers vibrant green lime and floral notes with a crisp acidity. However, Rieslings from this area have the potential to mature beautifully over time, developing richer, toastier, and honeyed nuances. – Wine Maker's Note
