This dazzling Shiraz exudes mesmerizing aromas of dense fruit characters from its perfumed bouquet. The palate is juicy and intense filled with rich fruit flavours of plums and blackcurrants. Coupled with elegant oak notes the wine ends in a structured and delicious climax. It pairs well with red meats or sous vide cooked steak with a blue cheese and fish sauce marinade.
