Crafted using premium fruit parcels from the family vineyard, Old Adam Shiraz shows a vibrant red colour with purple tinges. This dazzling Shiraz exudes mesmerizing aromas of dense fruit characters from its perfumed bouquet. The palate is juicy and intense, filled with rich fruit flavours of plums and blackcurrants. Coupled with elegant oak notes, the wine ends in a structured and delicious climax. It pairs well with red meats, or sous vide cooked steak with a blue cheese and fish sauce marinade.
