This range was born from Marc Darroze's desire to experiment with organic farming on the terroirs of Gascony. In close collaboration with some of the house's partner winegrowers, this range has been built up little by little, from the vineyard to bottling, over the years of aging perfectly mastered.

The crazy white grape variety is favoured in the range, even though it remains the most sensitive and delicate to produce. Its finesse and elegance will be sublimated by these production conditions. respectful.

The hand and the experience of the producer are therefore essential in order to pay full attention peculiar to these organic vines which will ultimately produce an Armagnac of rare purity and exhilarating richness.
