Dating from the 19th century, this former property of Monks Bernardins was transformed by the Castaud family into a magnificent estate nestled in the heart of the Beaumes-de-Venise region. Elizabeth Castaud, as well as Andrez Hall and their son Anthony offer the same passion as that dedicated to their Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise. This Doré des Bernardins in 2018 clearly asserts its name, a sparkling color and a sweetness carried on the fruits with yellow and white flesh, it comes from grapes bursting with sun thanks to the exposure on the southern slope of the Dentelle de Montmirail.
