Floral aromas of grapefruit and lemongrass. The palate is dry with bright white peach and gooseberry flavours – zesty citrus acidity provides excellent structure and a crisp lengthy finish.
Coonawarra experienced a strong vintage in 2023. High winter rainfall and cooler than average spring temperatures resulted in a mild growing season. A lack of severely warm days throughout January & February allowed the fruit to ripen evenly producing expectional quality fruit with concentrated flavours and natural acidity.
