A beautiful Tassie Blanc de Blancs full of apple notes and hits of toastiness. Tassie is known for making wonderful sparkling wines, and this Blanc de Blanc from La Villa is a great way to see why without breaking the bank. It's bright and fresh, full of apple aromatics, but with a little hint of nutty, toastiness to add some complexity too.

Tasmanian Wine

The Tasmanian wine region is a cool climate region, the most southerly of all wine regions in Australia. Due to the lower temperatures, the area grows primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller plantings of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon.
